House H

The first professional housing project designed by Alan Enríquez at the age of 24, Casa H, which was presented as an extension to an existing house within a context that has very complex and at the same time very common characteristics for the City of Mexico. This is why the intention of the project is to become a completely introverted house that is lost in the context and avoids standing out from the outside. At the same time, it tries to generate spaces inside that make the best use of the existing house and programmatically solve the new house. One of the main elements of the project is the clear division between the private, semi-private and public spaces of the house. A clear example is the creation of a terrace and television room that serve as an exclusive area for the inhabitants and areas on the ground floor that work for public activities such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, canteen area and a small study.
